This policy applies to all information collected or submitted in Chronicling for iPhone, iPad, and any other devices and platforms.
Stance on Privacy
Your privacy is extremely important to us and we believe that your data belongs to you. Therefore, Chronicling does not collect any personally identifiable information. If you have opted in to allow Apple to share information with developers, we receive some anonymous analytics. Chronicling also uses TelemetryDeck for anonymized usage analytics to aid in maintenance and planning new features, and RevenueCat to manage anonymized in-app purchase information.
Data Storage
Chronicling stores your data locally in Apple’s CoreData and synchronizes it between devices using Apple’s CloudKit. We have no means of viewing any of this data. Chronicling does not sell or rent your data, and anonymous information is collected only for use in improving the app.
